Hello!

I hope you all had a pleasant Thanksgiving with good times and good food.  Now, to transition away from all the calories found in your turkey, stuffing, potatoes, brussel sprouts, curried tofu (some people have different traditions, OK?), it’s time to switch over to a liquid-only diet for a few days.  Don’t you worry- the hash is willing to oblige.

Your regularly scheduled program this week is:
EWH3# 802: The Anything You Can Lay, We Can Lay Better Trail! 6:45 PM Thursday, December 5, 2013 – Columbia Heights Metro (Green/Yellow Line)

-In 1966, Roberta Gibb was the first woman to complete the Boston Marathon after sneaking onto the course unregistered (true fact, look it up).
-In 1998, women’s ice hockey was introduced to the Nagano Winter Olympics (they didn’t have to sneak in, which is good because that might have been tricky).
In 2013, an epic trail was laid by five hariettes in Columbia Heights (we were definitely sneaking sometimes, and don’t pretend you’re not jealous; you’ve probably never gotten laid by five chicks before).  You can show up in Columbia Heights and run it, or you can show up in Columbia Heights and go to the under-five-dollar-store to buy more cheap, tacky socks, which is also a great life plan but might not have a beer check. We won’t judge, but we will drink your beer and laugh if you pick Option 2.

When: 6:45 PM Thursday December 5, 2013.  Pack away at 7:15!
Where: Columbia Heights Metro (Green/Yellow Line). Follow marks to the start!
HaresWhorescope, Miss Me Gag Me, Blow White, Just Amy, and Just Pam
