After a cold, bleak, gloomy, dystopian winter it is finally SPRING in the District! The sun is setting after 7PM, happy hour beers on a patio or in a park are calling our names, the seasonal depression is clearing, the flowers are BLOOMING! 

Oh no…but flowers blooming means… the Cherry Blossom Festival…which means TOURIST INVASION! We love to hate on them in their tacky I❤️DC t-shirts, inability to stand on the correct side of the escalators in the metro, and of course being asked for directions and confirming “No, that is not the White House, that’s the Capitol.”

Channel your inner tacky tourist or try to blend in with the cherry blossoms by wearing pink, either way,
