It’s been a hot minute since we were in Congress Heights, so come on out east of the river and see what you’ve been missing!

– Runners: 2.37 mi. first half / 2.1 mi. second half

– Walkers: 1.1 mi first half / 1.01 mi. second half

– Shiggy: Runners: 6.69 (BRING DRY SHOES!) Walkers: 2.69


Miscellaneous Crap: Trail is A to A’ (.5 mi to Congress Heights Metro). Bring your own vessel, a cranium light, dry shoes, bug spray, and a full water bottle. Sign up on Hash Rego is required if paying by card! Be smart, have fun.
